15. Terms of delivery of services
15.1. Delivery times vary according to the type of shipment:
Between 3 and 5 working days for normal shipments. For the Canary Islands, from 3 to 6 working days.
Between 2 and 3 working days for standard shipments. In the case of Ceuta and Melilla the delivery time is between 3 and 5 days.
And between 1 and 2 working days for urgent shipments.
16. Returns.
16.1. You can return a product as follows: request the return through our website and a carrier will pick up the item at the address you specify, always located in the same country in which you placed your order. The carrier will contact you. The return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. The products must be in perfect condition and with the corresponding proof of purchase. Remember that the invoice you can print in the section "My account" of our online store.
16.2. For reasons of hygiene, you can not return or exchange a product already used.
