SHIPPING GUARANTEES

We guarantee that the order will arrive in perfect condition at its destination. If this is not the case and the order shows evidence of damage during shipping or if it received damaged packaging, we will exchange the damaged products at no cost to you. For this, it is essential that any incident regarding the merchandise received or its packaging be indicated in the observations section of the delivery document of the carrier.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

A replacement product will only be shipped if there was an error sending the wrong item.

Products: Due to the nature and characteristics of the merchandise, a product can only be returned within 7 business days, as an incorrect product has been sent, due to our confusion. In this case, once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and having checked its condition, it will be guaranteed to be replaced by another in perfect condition or to be reimbursed by Bank Transfer. To make a return it is necessary:

- Send us an email explaining the reasons for the return.

- The product must have intact its original packaging and labeling, leaflet or documentation, accessories… .etc.

- The amount of the returned product will not be reimbursed nor will it be exchanged for another if it is not in the conditions in which it was delivered, in the same packaging box in which it was sent, with its filling and protection to prevent deterioration.
